This is a steel platform balcony and outdoor staircase which was recently fabricated and installed for a customer in Cecilia Road, Hackney.
Steel Balcony London
The platform landing/balcony and stair treads are constructed from elephant galvanised grating stair-treads.
Steel Handrails London
Wavy-bar handrails were added according to customer specifications.

Spiral Staircase London
This is an outdoor steel spiral staircase and balcony landing we’ve recently fabricated and installed for a client in Maida Vale, London. It was constructed to provide rear access to the first floor of the house from the garden.
Steel Spiral Staircase Fabrication
The spiral staircase was made from 6mm durbar plate treads with 20mm vertical balusters on 100 mm centres. The handrail is made from convex channel.
Steel Balcony Landing Fabrication
The 6m landing is constructed from 125mm x 90mm pre-formed channel (PFC) frame. 90mm x 90mm angle brackets support the cantilevered balcony. The frame was in-filled with 6mm durbar plating. Railings were also fitted as shown in the pictures below.

Published July 25, 2011 | This is a security window cage for we fabricated and installed for a basement in Brixton, London. The security cage is to prevent break-ins.
The cage is made from 40mm x 40mm angle iron and infilled with inch inch weld mesh.
An access door was added for cleaning and drainage access.

Cast Iron Railings London, Cast Iron Gates London
The cast iron railings below were made to match neighbouring houses in Donne Place, Kensington, London.
The railings were made from 50mm x 10mm flat-top iron with 20mm vertical round bars. Finial heads were cast to match those belonging to neighbours.
The gates were made to measure. One gate was fabricated for the front door entrance and another for access to the basement via an exterior staircase, previously supplied and installed by Arc Fabrications.

Cast Iron Railings Repair in LondonArc Fabrications was brought in to repair the steel railings outside the Land Registry in Lincoln’s Inn, London, after a car accident. Both the railings and the stone plinth were damaged by the impact of the vehicle. We cut out the damaged sections and brought them back to the workshop in Wembley.The stone plinth was replaced in the mean time. Replacement sections were cast to match the old ones and we then returned to site the following week to to fit them. |

This is a steel mono-beam-staircase constructed for a client in Cecilia Road, Hackney, London.
The stair frame was fabricated from 150 x 75mm box section with a tray tread. The oak treads were added by the builder.

Published June 24, 2011 | This is a galvanised steel staircase for the outside of a house in Donne Place, Kensington, London.
The stringers (side tread supports) are made from 200mmx 10mm flat section steel and with cast iron treads.
The handrail was manufactured from 40mm convex top section and has 40mm x 40mm box posts.
The vertical bars are constructed from 16mm x 16mm square section with 100mm centres.
The landing is made from a galvanised frame, with flooring in cast iron to match stair treads.
The trap-door was fitted in the landing for access to a gas pipe.

Published June 23, 2011 | The steel walkway you see pictured below was constructed by Arc Fabrications for a client in Cornwall Gardens, Kensington, West London.
The walkway provides access into plant room and was fabricated in our workshop with 150mm x 75mm channel frame. It was then fitted on site with open grid flooring.
The handrails are made from 50mm outside diameter (OD) mild steel tubing and were also fabricated in the workshop for fitting on site.
